BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Start with the final stretch.
Your destination is Pontone di Scala, in the hills above Amalfi. Decide how you will reach the village: by car, public transport or an arranged transfer.

ON ARRIVAL DAY
A welcome, at an agreed time.
15:00Check-in from 3 pm. Share your estimated arrival time by 9 pm the evening before.
Your meeting point and final directions are sent through your booking channel. Follow the instructions for your chosen home: the addresses and entrances are different. Let your host know if your travel plans change.
Car and luggage.
Private parking is included, but you cannot drive to the door. Luggage assistance on arrival and departure is included for both homes: agree on a time so the meeting can be arranged.
Arriving before 3 pm? Wait for confirmation from your host before relying on early access or luggage storage.

DURING YOUR STAY
The everyday details, taken care of.
Pontone’s square
The listings place restaurants, a bar and a small grocery shop in the square, about 2–3 minutes’ walk from the homes. The village has lanes and changes in elevation: ask for directions and current opening hours.
Down to the coast, and back
For Amalfi, choose the bus, a taxi or the walk downhill. Walking involves many steps and an uphill return: consider whether it suits you. It is separate from the steps leading to your home.

ON DEPARTURE DAY
A goodbye, without the last-minute rush.
10:00Check-out by 10 am. Share your timing by 9 pm the evening before, including arrangements for your luggage.
If you have a ferry, flight or transfer, arrange your connection and allow time to reach it. Follow the instructions sent by your host when leaving the house.
Late check-out or luggage storage requires confirmation: it depends on bookings and preparation of the home.
