A FEW PRACTICAL STEPS

Your home, in practice.

These notes accompany the arrival introduction. For programmes and controls on the individual appliance, use the instructions in your home.

Air conditioning and heating
  1. Close doors and windows while heating or cooling the room.
  2. Use the room’s controls and adjust the temperature gradually. Give the system time to respond before changing the setting again.
  3. If it does not respond, check the control settings and tell your host what is happening or which code is displayed. Do not work on the unit.
Washing machine and dishwasher
  1. For clothes, check pockets and care labels; choose a programme and temperature suitable for the fabric.
  2. Use the product intended for the appliance. Hand dishwashing liquid must not go in the dishwasher.
  3. Wait for the washing machine door to unlock at the end of the cycle, then use the drying rack. If an error appears, send your host a photo of the panel.
Cooking and coffee
  1. For coffee, use fresh water and the format compatible with the machine in your home.
  2. Use containers suitable for the appliance. Do not put metal in a microwave; use heat-resistant cookware in the oven.
  3. When finished, check that the hob and oven are off. The specific controls are demonstrated on arrival.
Wi-Fi
  1. Use the network name and password sent through your private booking messages.
  2. If you cannot connect, check that you have selected the correct network and re-enter the case-sensitive password.
  3. If the problem continues, tell your host whether it affects one device or all of them. Avoid resetting the router to factory settings.
